Celebrating 60 Years: Victorian Garden, Chautauqua, 2002

Following the garden concept theme, here is a view from a wonderful garden we worked on in Chautauqua. This view is just across from the entry into the main gate. Privacy was important as the outdoor living area is just at the end of this walkway. Privacy is provided, and moreover, there is a ‘ mystery factor’, leaving you wondering where the path goes and what you might find.

A Victorian garden is a riot of color, texture and interests. The Victorian era was one of discovery and people began to collect plants and objects as the world was being discovered. This led to a wide variety of materials collected and put into the garden. This one exemplifies this, and more importantly reflects the wonderful owners of this garden and their interests!

Testimonials

Krista and I would like to pass on to your crew that we really do enjoy our front yard. We have found people stopping by to look at it as if it were a piece of art, of course we know it is. It has made a big difference in our enjoyment of our home. We will highly recommend you to all of our friends.

Sincerely,
Jim Strafford
