1552 South Shore Drive is a classic Erie estate with a large lot, beautiful trees, and a view of Presque Isle Bay. Originally, the Walker House built by Walker Homes. Owned for many years by Joe Dahlkemper, we maintained the grounds and trimmed trees. Dahlkemper Landscape Architects & Contractors aide with design and construction with Weber Murphy Fox Architects when Nick and Kim Scott renovated the house in 1997 adding modern conveniences and maintaining the look of a classic Erie Estate.
