In 2002, Dahlkemper Landscape Architects & Contractors assisted Fairview Township in developing the Fairview Commerce Green in the Fairview Business Park laying out trails and the giant flagpole that can be seen from I-90 to the south. Additionally, Two businesses flanking each side, Windsor Beach Technologies on the left in 2003 and the John V. Schultz warehouse to the right in 2005, were designed and installed by Dahlkemper Landscape Architects & Contractors. As seen from this photo, there are areas of reduced mowing, following current trends in environmental landscape design.
