Dahlkemper Landscape Architects & Contractors had been doing a lot of work for the Sisters at St. Mary’s Home when Sister Mary Alice called in the spring of 2006. She wanted to do something appropriate for the statue of their patron St. Joseph.
A simple but elegant planting that provides spring bulb color, bright summer color and enough evergreen to give Joseph an appropriate setting as he greets you along the driveway to the convent. Here the statue and the planting are featured on the cover of their newsletter as we continue to improve Erie’s environment!
